Data used in the decision engine
Questionnaire answers are processed in your browser to create the shortlist. They are sent to Byrvia only if you submit a pilot application.
Data in a pilot application
We store your name, email address, country of tax residence, questionnaire answers, shortlist, free-text context, consent record, application reference, submission time and review status. We use this information to assess the application, prepare an accepted pilot report and contact you about that report.
Do not send passport copies, national identifiers, tax numbers, bank statements, client confidential information or credentials.
Legal basis and retention
We process a submitted application with your consent and to take steps you request before providing the pilot service. Rejected or abandoned pilot applications are deleted within 90 days. Accepted applications are retained for the pilot and up to 12 months afterward to evaluate the service, unless a longer period is required by law or you request earlier deletion where available.
Infrastructure and sharing
The site and application database run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network and infrastructure data as our service provider. We do not sell application data and do not share it with formation agents, banks or advisers without your explicit instruction.
Cookies and analytics
Byrvia does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics in this pilot. Cloudflare may process limited security and delivery logs as part of operating the service.
Your choices
Ask to access, correct or delete your pilot application by emailing contact@byrvia.com. Include the application reference if available. We may need to verify the request through the application email address.
