No formation or approval guarantee
Byrvia does not form companies, submit visa applications, open bank accounts, obtain payment processors or guarantee that a registry, tax authority, bank, platform or client will accept an application or invoice.
Evidence and change
We aim to cite current official sources and show checked dates. Laws, fees, administrative practice and provider policies can change without notice. Source links may be incomplete, unavailable or interpreted differently for a specific case.
Founding pilot
The first 10 accepted pilot reports are offered without charge. The stated $149 amount is an intended future value, not a charge, discount entitlement or promise that every applicant will be accepted. Pilot scope is an evidence brief and adviser-question list; it is not professional advice.
Your responsibility
Before incorporating or moving money, verify the facts with the relevant authority and obtain qualified advice in every country where you live, manage the business, hire, hold inventory or serve customers. Validate banking and client eligibility directly with those third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful material, third-party confidential information, credentials, identity documents, tax identifiers or automated spam. We may reject or delete submissions that create security, legal or operational risk.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Byrvia is not liable for decisions, filings, taxes, penalties, lost approvals, lost revenue or indirect losses arising from reliance on the site or pilot materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
