LR44 is the 11.6 × 5.4 mm alkaline button, nominal 1.5 V. Energizer's name for it is A76 (ANSI/NEDA 1166A, IEC-LR44), rated 150 mAh to 0.9 V on 6.8 kΩ at 21°C. Renata rates LR44 at 110 mAh and prints the IEC long form LR1154. The silver-oxide cells in this exact outline are 357 (high drain, SR44W) and 303 (low drain, SR44SW), at 1.55 V. Same can. Different curve.
The other codes for this cell
A76 is Energizer's alkaline LR44. The datasheet in force here is the one at data.energizer.com/pdfs/A76.pdf: 1.5 V, 150 mAh to 0.9 V, 6.8 kΩ continuous at 21°C, ANSI/NEDA 1166A, IEC-LR44. The product page lists AG13 and LR44 among the labels it replaces, and also lists 357 and SR44. Those two are silver oxide. See the substitution note before you treat the list as one chemistry.
AG13 is a label on Energizer's A76 product page, in the 'replacement for' line next to LR44. A76 is the alkaline 11.6 × 5.4 mm cell, IEC-LR44, nominal 1.5 V. AG13 is not given its own milliamp-hour rating on that page. The numbers below are the A76 datasheet and Renata's LR44 line. SG13, which looks similar, is on Energizer's cross-reference under the silver-oxide 357/303 line, not under A76.
LR1154 is the IEC long form Renata prints for the alkaline LR44, in parentheses as LR1154 (LR44). Energizer's specialty finder maps the label LR1154 to the A76 product. The cell is 11.6 × 5.4 mm, nominal 1.5 V alkaline. People also drop the R and search L1154. That spelling is not a different cell.
L1154 is the same designation as LR1154 with the R left off. Renata prints LR1154 (LR44) for the alkaline 11.6 × 5.4 mm cell. It is not SR1154, which is the silver-oxide code Renata prints for 303 / SR44.

Can I substitute it?
Same outline as 357 and 303 (11.6 × 5.4 mm) and as hearing-aid 675. LR44 is alkaline 1.5 V with a sloping curve. 357/303 are silver oxide at 1.55 V with a flat curve. 675 is zinc-air. Energizer's A76 page lists 357 and SR44 as labels A76 replaces, and Energizer's alkaline handbook says to make that swap only where the device manufacturer recommends it. If the meter or the watch says 357, fit 357. If it says LR44, AG13 or A76, the alkaline cell is the one that was specified. Never fit a CR2032 here.
Size check at real size
Lay the old cell on the outline. This shows the top outline (diameter) and the side outline (height) at 1:1 once the screen is calibrated.

Calibrate this screen
Screens scale pages differently, so true size is only true after calibration. Hold a bank card or ID card (85.60 mm wide, ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1) against the bar and slide until the bar is exactly as wide as the card.

Alkaline manganese button cells
An LR button is zinc/manganese dioxide with an alkaline electrolyte, nominal 1.5 V. Energizer's miniature alkaline handbook puts the open-circuit voltage near 1.6 V and then shows a sloping discharge, and it says the cathode swells as the cell empties. The handbook's own rule for using it in place of silver oxide is narrow: only where the device manufacturer recommends the substitution.
LR44 is the code Energizer sells as A76, designation ANSI/NEDA 1166A, IEC-LR44. The current A76 datasheet rates 150 mAh to 0.9 V on 6.8 kΩ at 21°C. Renata's scope chart, July 2016, rates LR44 at 110 mAh and states the outline as 11.6 × 5.4 mm. Same code, two tests, two numbers. The Energizer A76 product page lists AG13 among the labels that A76 replaces, which is why a search for AG13 lands here. It also lists 357, SR44 and SG13. Those last three are silver-oxide designations for the same outline. Energizer is telling you the A76 will fit and run the device. The handbook is telling you it will not hold voltage the way 357 does. Both documents are Energizer's. Fit is not the same claim as service life.
LR41, LR43 and LR54 are the smaller alkaline outlines, Energizer numbers 192, 186 and 189. AG12 and AG10 show up on Energizer's cross-reference on the same lines as those alkaline cells and as the silver-oxide cells of the same diameter and height. An AG10 search is answered with the alkaline LR54 facts, and the silver-oxide neighbours are linked beside it, not folded into it.
